I had a very good time here. They really know what they’re doing!
I have had their delivery guy come to my home 3 times and each time he doesn't leave packages that do not require a signature. Just now, he didn't even knock on the door, he showed up and simply put a slip on my door as if I wasn't home to accept the delivery. I have been home all morning, and he could have left my packages, he has decided not to deliver my packages on his own accord. The laziness of their delivery drivers is amazing. THIS IS NOT A DROP POINT FOR FEDEX. Went to Walgreens with 2 FEDEX Express envelopes with hand written tare sheets and was told they DO NOT accept them and I would need to go to an official store... Don't waste your time with this location. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
