They was unable to print my label without a QR code. When I could print from my phone but was told it was not aloud that way
He showed on tracking date and dropped my shipment 3time off dolly this is unexceptional service I had to tell him to stop trying don't ever send this guy again to our location we expected better from you
There shipping notifications could use a little Tlc can’t seem to keep track of shipments and get it anywhere on time always a delay
Easy drop off! Go to the picture counter and give your package to them, then it's over. Great location, easy in, easy out!!
The lady acted like I was stupid for asking about sending a package. She was very mad for some reason. I apologized for whatever I did that made her so angry. FedEx you better find a more customer friendly location. The way she acted they don't send FedEx packages and if too many people ask this lady I would be afraid she will hurt someone.
