There is literally no excuse for dropping off packages at the wrong address nowadays, especially when you pull up satellite images of the house to be delivered at, secondly when it's the delivery driver that drops off the package at wrong address why do I have to contact the shipper? They had the correct address, FedEx dropped it off at wrong address,hence fourth due to the driver error,I have yet to receive my package
Every staff member, upon entry to exit, was inviting, attentive, knowledgeable, dutiful, and thorough. I had to print labels and ship a box for my first time ever. They made everything so easy and simple! The process, both online and in person, is mind bogglingly easy that I will ALWAYS choose FedEx as my shipping partner! Thank you to the staff yesterday and thank you to the company itself for striving to be better and being successful in that endeavor!
