Every staff member, upon entry to exit, was inviting, attentive, knowledgeable, dutiful, and thorough. I had to print labels and ship a box for my first time ever. They made everything so easy and simple! The process, both online and in person, is mind bogglingly easy that I will ALWAYS choose FedEx as my shipping partner!
