FedEx onsite is super helpful for shipping and picking up packages when you don't live anywhere near a FedEx location. These people leaving 1-star reviews about FedEx misdelivering their packages CLEARLY don't understand the difference between FedEx on-site and the delivery service that has absolutely nothing to do with on-site except for being owned by the same company. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Lost my package, told me it was delivered yet it definitely wasn't, the guy even asked my neighbors where my address was, he passed my house and didn't even come close to my mail box to check. Minutes later it was marked as delivered in my email and I had to drive around to try and find where the heck he would have put it, and I never found it. They can't refund it or find it now.
My package was definitely not delivered to the right door and they basically told me there's nothing they can do about it.
