Poorly trained management and staff. I have an ambulatory EEG monitor hooked to me and walked in and asked if my heavy item could be shipped from here. I specifically went in and asked first because of my medical condition and the weight of these items. Was told to bring them in only for the manager to turn around and say they cant ship them.
