Ebony is a front desk associate who today gave me the worst social interaction I've had in quite some time. She clearly was more interested in her phone and projecting attitude with zero consideration for customers getting through the day. I even asked her if she was ok with sincerity to not impose even though it was clear she was just not happy. The other visitors even praised my patience and understanding for how it was handled.
