I’m sharing this so others can be cautious when using the FedEx drop-off inside Walgreens. I dropped off my iPhone 16 as part of a return after upgrading to the iPhone 17 through Apple. When the package arrived, Apple contacted me to say the box was empty — the phone was missing. It took four months for Apple to review the situation.
