Convenient drop-off location, but not really a FedEx office. If you care about delivery date, it may not be a good choice. At this "FedEx OnSite" location you hand over your package to a Walgreens cashier. They scan the box, but it is not treated as "Picked Up by FedEx" for tracking purposes. That happens when a FedEx truck comes to Walgreens, and they don't come on weekends. And Walgreens cashier doesn't tell you that (I don't blame them, they work for Walgreens not FedEx). I had a cb2 fed ex label return on my phone, after submitting a request for a return label online. I went to this Walgreens FedEx onsite location at 7:00 pm a Monday, and was met by a male, cis, straight employee was incapable of meeting my request. I asked him multiple times, do you have a printer? Yes. Can I use it? “I can’t.” He repeated, “I can’t” over and over and over and would not articulate, or explain why he couldn’t scan my very clear and visible print out.
