I had a cb2 fed ex label return on my phone, after submitting a request for a return label online. I went to this Walgreens FedEx onsite location at 7:00 pm a Monday, and was met by a male, cis, straight employee was incapable of meeting my request. I asked him multiple times, do you have a printer? Yes. Can I use it? “I can’t.” He repeated, “I can’t” over and over and over and would not articulate, or explain why he couldn’t scan my very clear and visible print out.
