Fedex is absolutely terrible. When will they learn how to give customers proper delivery times when a signature is required. I'm now going on over a week when my package was supposed to be 2 day delivery. Customer service is horrendous, if your lucky enough to talk to a real human they are uneducated and can't offer assistance.
It was fast
Was told the package would arrive between 9am and 1pm and require a signature. As of 1:23pm. Nothing. Now, as of 1:15pm, tracking says by 8pm. But - Fedex does not update the tracking. So my four hour window is now an 11 hour window. Which means my overnight shipping isn’t overnight and probably another delay at 8pm. Why have tracking if a package cannot be tracked?
