Hours are incorrect. They are not open on weekends to collect packages though FedEx says otherwise.. They did not respond locally or national fed ex about holding a package as I was out of town for a week. FedEx claimed they would attempt a second delivery and did not. I came back early from a trip to collect package and they were not open when they claimed they would be.
Who ever is actually doing the delivery service from this company needs to reevaluated. First time an attempted delivery was made this person didn’t even knock at my door or ring my door bell. I heard rustling outside of my door and when I went to go check the driver was already pulling away and I tried to flag him down in which he stopped his truck looked at me and kept driving.
