I have nothing but issues out of fedex. I don’t know if it is the company as a whole or just this location. I have had more orders not delivered on time by them than I have had on time. Today they gave a second weather preventing delivery excuse with clear skies in the area. I do whatever I can to avoid using companies that use fedex for shipping but unfortunately some companies only use them
I called last Friday to update address because I forgot to add apt number. I seen it was supposed to be to arrive Saturday didn’t show so I called they said it’d be here by 8 pm. Nothing. Then I called Monday morning they said it was supposed to be here between 10:30am-2:30pm, also showed on tracking number that it was supposed to arrive on that time. Still nothing.
