I called last Friday to update address because I forgot to add apt number. I seen it was supposed to be to arrive Saturday didn’t show so I called they said it’d be here by 8 pm. Nothing. Then I called Monday morning they said it was supposed to be here between 10:30am-2:30pm, also showed on tracking number that it was supposed to arrive on that time. Still nothing. Horrible the driver was right across from my house and didn’t deliver my package caused a huge inconvenience on my end. Money wasted on and installation that won’t happen because I have to wait till late next business day to receive a package that was supposed to come the day before

They lost my package. It's as if the guy didn't scan the barcode. I didn't get a refund because it wasn't returned. No one in this store could tell me why. I left my number for management and haven't received a call yet. Will not go here ever again.
