I have called several times to try and get help with a situation that the delivery man made. Chewy even called FedEx and asked that they come back and correct the problem. The driver had i structions to deliver 4 heavy boxes to my garage. Instead they went through my garden gate, into my garden and stacked those boxes in front of a door, blocking my exit from.my home.

Worst experience ever!!! Fedex never knocked on my door or left a note on door that they were here, but wont just leave package here!!!! My neighbor told me they never even got out of truck!!! This is fedex from rock island!! Every time I order something, delivery from them is always the worst!!!
