Great service
I had an early morning appointment for Fingerprint Live Scan. Both employees were complaining about their workload for the day & no other help scheduled. Poor customer service. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.
You can't get a hold of a live person, you have to through the ai, when u do get a real person they don't want to do their jobs.... I remember when fed ex USED to be the shit, now they hire stupid people who don't want to work... And they better not charge my card won't ever use in the future
