They refuse to deliver my order to my personal mailbox at UPS and pretend nobody was there. I don’t want a refund from the vendor. I want what I ordered.
FedEx is awful. They're a professional delivery company but can't figure out the difference between a street address and an apartment number
they do not knock when signature is required. Hopefully they'll change this then I will change my review. and I've received two boxes so far that has been dented up and smashed up?!!their customer service will not help you and there customer service will not will not give you a supervisor and Oscar refused to help or give me a supervisor on the phone of customer service! I will never use FedEx again and my packages will go to UPS first!!! Also delivered my heavy bed to wrong address!
This location knowingly performs illegal shipments and then proceeds to try to extort massive amounts of money from their customers, who may not even know their goods were illegal to ship. I just turned them in for shipping parrots (illegal to ship even when captive bred per the migratory bird act)
