Since we live on the road, I had a package of medication tablets from Chewy set to be delivered here. When it arrived, it was rejected. I went to the location to get the reason for the rejection. I was told that the manager rejected it and they could only speculate the reason was because, since it rattled, they rejected it as possibly broken... ?? On the day I arrived, the staff immediately came out and said they were very busy, the place was full of people. I waited my turn and all I had was a simple question. Help with a email and how to retrieve it. Despite the fact that people were there, they got me through alright.
This is Only a drop off location in a Walgreens with no FedEx sign in it. It does Not provide either boxes or labeling.
