I had a Quick and easy return drop off experience. It’s also conveniently located in Walmart.
The worst shipping company, my package was delivered to the wrong address for the second time and customer service was awful. I don’t understand, are they hiring drivers that cannot read. I needed my items for an event. I’m so angry. When I finally got thru to a live person I was told there is ntn they can do. They are probably delivering packages to the wrong address on purpose to go back and get later
I can't believe that they charged me more to pickup the package then to ship it
