Update: FedEx app / manager is giving me a way better experience so I'm changing my initial one star review. Their shipping is terrible!!! My tracking said it was in a location 2.9 miles away (this was two days ago) the estimated arrival/delivery dates are NEVER accurate with FedEx (at least in my experience) to the point that when I order an item and the tracking number is FedEx I immediately get upset because I know for a fact it wont be here on time
