Zero stars this package was means for me and my fam to evacuate this why I paid more for overnight I understand the hurricane but I was in this dam storm and is this this first hurricane in the state of Florida? Are you using donkey Mule or horse to deliver?im beyond pissed I see Amazon delivering but fed ex can’t????!!!!a refund isn’t even close to fixing this😡😡😡I am waiting out of our control blah blah blah out of my control as well but I paid for nothing
