I took my package in there because it said it didn’t need a box to be delivered even though I had the email the store employee refused to actually look anything up and charged me $10 anyways. When I said it was crap she accused me of cursing and threatened to throw me out and I asked if crap was a curse word and she said oh well you said a whole bunch of other curse words which is a complete total lie And the whole thing is on camera I think I’ll get my lawyer for slander If I don’t hear from FedEx with an apology. Actively watched and have video footage of a deliverer running up onto my porch without any package in hand, slapping a sticker to my door without knocking or ringing the doorbell, taking a picture of it, and running away. This package has been “attempted” to be delivered for almost a week now, a lot of times have been when multiple people were home. Absolutely ridiculous and by far the worst postal service in this country.

"I had hoped to quickly drop off my return at this location, but I wasn't aware that FedEx services inside Walgreens require you to bring your own box and label. This wasn't the convenient experience I was expecting. However, the staff was very pleasant and helpful."

I had a return package already labeled and went into store. Jeremy waited on me. He was polite, friendly, quick, and informative. A+ for this 2-minute stop by (literally).
