1 star for not having a direct phone number to find out if this is where my package is. Fedex website does not list an address for a package that was re-routed for customer pickup and i’d hate to waste a 45 minute drive to find out that it’s not. Fedex, maybe try to address one of the two issues.
it's been tree weeks the package did not get to the destination
Waited forever to be told they don't offer fax services. Shouldn't advertise fax service and waste everyone's time.
