1 star for not having a direct phone number to find out if this is where my package is. Fedex website does not list an address for a package that was re-routed for customer pickup and i’d hate to waste a 45 minute drive to find out that it’s not. Fedex, maybe try to address one of the two issues.
it's been tree weeks the package did not get to the destination
Waited forever to be told they don't offer fax services. Shouldn't advertise fax service and waste everyone's time.
A complete waste of a drive the woman with shaggy hair stated she did not know what to do with a customs slip. I told her to give me a sleeve and place it on the box. She stated they do not get supplies. I said I have dropped off numerous packages before at drop centers and they have sleeves. She said she couldn't help and for me to go to "walmart" which is another drop off center. Meanwhile I am doing this before work. What a waste of time and horrible customer service.
