Been holding my package because of shipment issues. I have driver license and light bill to pick it up they failed to release my stuff!!!!
Dropped off a package on Thursday, FedEx failed to pick it up Friday. I called Friday night and the package was just sitting at the store. Now it's gonna sit all weekend instead of making its way to the destination. I'm not even sure if FedEx will pick up on Monday! Do yourself a favor and take your package directly to FedEx, because FedEx won't pick up from Walgreens consistently if they're feeling lazy
Wouldn't let me drop off a package that already had a label. They said I had to get a receipt which is not how any mailing location works and of course there was a line of 6 people.
