Worst FedEx I've ever been to, save yourself some time and stress, and go to the other FedEx office in BackBay, where they will try to help you and not overcharge you because they are "independently owned and cannot help, and their rates are discretionary".
Overcharged for a print, as stated $20 on the Cambridge FedEx website, but was charged $75 instead. They were unable to provide a standard rate for prints since "it's not a service they typically provide." Don't loose your money and go elsewhere
Perfectly fine for drop-offs. Quick & easy.
