HORRIBLE service. The woman refused to help me.
Disastrous location. Unprofessional staff and also always understaffed. DON'T send your stuff here for pickup. Fedex should really shut this one down or completely refresh the staff. I selected this location as a pick up point and they have lost 3 of my packages. When asked about them, the staff seemed clueless as to what may have happened. They also don't take care to check ID for package pickup.
