Very poor work system, pathetic, not worthy of a large organization like FedEx, employees are bad
The employees are careless and irresponsible. They gave me hard time for only picking up my Fed EX package. Initially, they insisted my package never arrived at this location. By showing from Fed EX system, and repeteadly telling them to check it. They finally find it. Even after that, they did not want to give it to me even if I show my ID which shows clearly for me. This store better have better employees.
They charge you a extra fee to ship your paid for fedex item…
