The colleague was very helpful and able to multi-task.
Have not been there in years. Wasn't sure where to go. Didn't see any signs that would help. Employees just kind of looked at me but didn't go out of their way to assist me.
Only two employees, the guy started with us and was great, then the female was on the phone and kept her back to us til she decided to kneel down behind the counter to finish the call, then I had to ask if she could finish since we had been standing there 10 minutes. Never have had problems with service here, kinda slow but diligent.
Why is it so damn hard to speak to a human.
