They won't accept a box unless it has a FedEx label, but they can't print FedEx labels. You have to go to a full on FedEx store that can print labels, get a label for your box and then drive back to this location to drop it off!?!?!?!? What ignorant crap is this? When I said " You're telling me I need to leave this store to get a FedEx label to come back to drop it off to you" and he answered "yes", I was shocked! Great location but staff should read their website. Lady tried to tell me my package could not be over 3 ft long. Web site says: Max package weight: 55 LB Max package size: 48 IN x 25 IN x 25 IN I was WELL within the above size and weight. I didn't argue, just explained I didn't see the 3ft restriction(s) and though I knew it said 48, I just apologized and she said "we will take it this time".
