Good experience
If it wasn't bad enough that FedEx has delays on most of their shipments, but when they lost a valuable and time sensitive shipment no one in the company was willing to help resolve the issue. From customer service reps, to terminal managers and dispatch agents, to local branch managers none were willing to try and fix the issue. This is similar to 2020 when they had a driver shortage and failed to meet delivery dates sometimes by several weeks.
