Do NOT use FedEx Overnight to Phoenix. 3# box smaller than a shoebox sat cost $200 and sat in Memphis TN for 3 days. Making the delivery irrelevant. No RECOURSE or REFUND "oops" is what they say

Does not offer FedEx drop off of anything that may be flammable. Had to wait for any help while employees were chatting in the back. When they came out they were impatient and annoyed to help. generally rude.
