The woman at the counter greeted me with, "We already have too many FedEx boxes today". Mine was simply a drop off of an item that I was returning to the sender. She refused to take the box from me. I called FedEx and they said she should have accepted the box. She started the encounter off with a rude refusal to do her job before she even tried to solve the situation telling me I should call FedEx. I'm sorry, I thought you were a FedEx location.
I had a lady hiding behind something, talking on the phone. She saw me at the counter, and went to go help out the front cash register without even asking if I needed help.
