Very worst service ever I got in this location. FedEx should reevaluate this location. They don't except the FedEx prepaid drop-off. Noone no what is the rule and manager is very rudely talk. It seems that they are providing the FedEx service free of cost but I think I already pre paid the cost. Not to waste your time to come here.
The woman at the counter greeted me with, "We already have too many FedEx boxes today". Mine was simply a drop off of an item that I was returning to the sender. She refused to take the box from me. I called FedEx and they said she should have accepted the box. She started the encounter off with a rude refusal to do her job before she even tried to solve the situation telling me I should call FedEx. I'm sorry, I thought you were a FedEx location.
