UPS handling a Fed Ex return: Humming with business employees greeted each customer with "What can I do for you?", "How can I help you? " They focused on each person"s problem with rapid solutions so the line moved swiftly. When it was my turn to return a package and I balked at the steep charge, the sharp young lady went the extra effort to suggest a smaller re-box would half the charge.
