The OnSite is solid so I have to give it 5 stars but I also want to say HOLY COW are the drivers around here slow. When tracking don’t even pull up the live map to see where your package is because you will get frustrated at just how slow they are. Every time I’m getting a FedEx package the tracking will say something like “Estimated between 10AM and 2PM” and it never anywhere near the early part of the estimate. Often the packages get here an hour later than the estimate.
