Long wait
The manager was very understanding and resolved the issue...that came to be as a result of another employee a week earlier. The issue an unexpected charge of a service that I did not expect nor came in for. It lingered and bothered me all week. I did not feel that anybody would understand my issue unless they could replay the actual conversations between me and the female.
