The manager was very understanding and resolved the issue...that came to be as a result of another employee a week earlier. The issue an unexpected charge of a service that I did not expect nor came in for. It lingered and bothered me all week. I did not feel that anybody would understand my issue unless they could replay the actual conversations between me and the female. Ever since I've had my 2016 Kaitong Gator 50-S scooter for the past 3+ years, FedEx has ALWAYS been "ON TIME" just like they said. So, thanks to ALL the FedEx driver's & ALL of FedEx's employees, too for doing a fantastic job!! One more thing. FedEx employees, along with EVERYONE out there.
