FedEx is the worst! They lie about shipping times, don’t give accurate updates, and then leave you without any info when they delay your package by another full week. Maybe DOGE should add them to the list, because reform is needed. Imagine being a company worse than the USPS - someone get the guys and gals at FedEx a plaque!
Customer service wasn't very good. Wasn't a pleasant experience and I was just dropping off a package.
