Awful drove a long distance they hardly tried to scan. Blamed the clear tape reflection. It needed it due to it raining. Had to drive to another location and they could scan it right away.
Great service
Failure to have Fed Ex Scanner accessible and working 5 out of 5 times while taking a package. Always give you excuses after waiting at least 10 min.
