Claims to be a FedEx drop off location, employees only accept packages they want to accept. A few days ago, I stopped in to drop off a package, was told they wouldn't take it without the shipping label even though online, it states they'll accept QR returns. Came back today with the shipping label only to be told by the employee behind the counter that they won't accept it because it's too large.
