Bad service from Fedex, there was no staff working and the cashier said that the system was down and that is false.
Not a Fed-ex "on-site", just a drop off. They cannot print labels, etc.
Not useful at all. Unable to drop off my package because it was too large. No idea what qualifies as too large. 2 people in front of me also were unable to drop off for other reasons, including them being unable to print a label. Not the Walgreens employees fault, but fedex is clearly using this kind of collaboration to make it seem like they have more drop off points when they don’t.
