The employees are fast & efficient as they can be with customers that are not organized at all.
Fedex you do a wonderful job at never delivering packages even though you say you did. You also are very good at having no way to reach a live person. But lets not forget about your online claim filing (i'm pretty sure that just goes directly to a junk mail folder on your server). I do hope that someday there is a change and fedex will try and be alot more reliable.
