Delivered my package to the wrong adress. Made me think they found the package and that it would be re-delivered in 1 to 2 buisness days. Its now been a week later and you tell me the package is lost. You ruined a little boys christmas I hope your happy. Train your employees better so they dont deliver to the wrong adresses anymore. From what im told this is a reacuring problem with your company.
