They delivered legal paperwork to the wrong adress. They delivered to North. I live on South. Because of their screw up my paperwork and the process has been delayed. They dont seem to care at all that they mishandled LEGAL AND CONFEDENTAL PAPERWORK. They guy that called me was rude as well and acted like he was inconvenienced that he had to take his time to call me because my package was incorrectly delivered. Nevermind that their delay is causing me hundreds of dollars.
Had wrong address on package , went above and beyond to get it right. Thank you.

Worst service ever! I have called so many times, very unprofessional, horrible! Stop outsourcing, get employees that are able to help.
My package was delivered ripped open (we have cameras to show it was delivered this way), and 3 of the 4 items were missing. FedEx refused to search the truck for the items, and told me they were sorry I didnt like that answer, and hung up on me. When I called back to speak to someone else, they said no and hung up again.
