Left a note saying come pickup package at 4:30 and building was closed. I hate you so much fedex.
I had a label. All I needed is to print it. They have a printer there, but refused to print me one page. I even offered to pay for printing. WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Told me they can't accept the package unless it has the shipping label already on it, contrary to what FedEx told me about this location.
