UPDATE 8-12-25: i am still waiting for my Children's Place package..it is now August 12, my package has been saying "out for delivery" then it changes to "at local fedex facility, package not delivered/not attempted" since August 6th..i ordered from Sam's Club, they used fedex to deliver & the first day it said "out for delivery" they delivered my Sam's Club package w/no problem..i do not understand, both packages were/are being delivered from great falls..why is my first package not being delivered?!?!?!? 8-8-25: i've been ... read more
Scanned a $300 package onto their truck, never took it off and put 1 picture on 2 different deliveries. Never took it off the truck. "They have exhausted their resources" and can't find my package. Terrible customer service.
The lady that helped me went above and beyond.
they are the worse they were late blamed weather and it was an amazing day filed a report with chewy and they punished us for it so now we are another 5 days to get our stuff it was dog food
