delivery driver dropped package at the wrong house and it was opened and broke up

UPDATE 8-12-25: i am still waiting for my Children's Place package..it is now August 12, my package has been saying "out for delivery" then it changes to "at local fedex facility, package not delivered/not attempted" since August 6th..i ordered from Sam's Club, they used fedex to deliver & the first day it said "out for delivery" they delivered my Sam's Club package w/no problem..i do not understand, both packages were/are being delivered from great falls..why is my first package not being delivered?!?!?!? 8-8-25: i've been ... read more
Scanned a $300 package onto their truck, never took it off and put 1 picture on 2 different deliveries. Never took it off the truck. "They have exhausted their resources" and can't find my package. Terrible customer service.
