Pam, the manager, attempted to assist with the issue we’ve been dealing with for the past year. Unfortunately, this company has been extremely unreliable—they fail to show up for pickups, provide endless excuses, and consistently struggle to follow even simple directions. The lack of effective management only adds to the frustration. As a company we will continue to move our customers away from them.
