as people have been commenting, the lady with the glasses behind the counter is as useful as a dull knife. Seems like she doesn’t want to do her job. Tried to leave a package and said, if it doesn’t fit in the holding shed we can’t take it. Moving some boxes around would’ve hold my package. She only opened it and said nope can’t take it. After I mention if some stuff can be moved around or kept somewhere near she said no.

I've used the service with the QR code here multiple times and suddenly the woman behind the counter says they never have... If that's now the case, they shouldn't advertise "No printer? No problem. Walgreens can scan your FedEx QR code and print your shipping or returns label for you" on their website anymore. She was also very rude and condescending, horrible service.

The woman behind the counter says, "we don't have tape, you have to tape it." There's a roll of tape literally right next to her, I ask her if she can give me a piece of tape, "No, that's for us, not the customers." "Seriously?" She looks around at the other cashier, "no." I go to my car, find a roll of tape, bring in my forms. She didn't look at the instructions. "Don't I have to put one of these sheets in the box?" "No." "Are you sure?" "I think so."
