FedEx is the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. Go UPS or USPS, trust me. Getting in touch with a live person when hunting down a missing package is impossible. FedEx is too impatient to wait two minutes for you to get to the door when they knock. They won't take the time to shoot you a text and let you know your package is on the way, even when you download their worthless app that never works. They might be good for small businesses? But not normal people.

The people at this FedEx pickup site are always so nice. I know I've given reviews for this site before but apparently not on this one. I wish the FedEx drivers could figure out just to deliver my stuff here because there is no where to get into my building. And of course they don't follow the delivery instructions which say call me when you are here, they just delay my delivery.
