We live in Franklin. We will be requesting all companies/individuals with which we trade to avoid shipping FedEx - if that is their only option, we will look elsewhere for those goods. Yesterday was the fifth time valuable packages have been left on top of our locking mailbox a mile from our home, on a public street. We have repeatedly notified Bryson City of this problem. This is worst FedEx hub in the eastern US. They always delay or mostly never deliver packages that go to their location. Manager is rude and really does not care if you receive your packages that go or not. This is not the first time they have lost my packages. These people need to be FIRED. The worst service.
