The women at FedEx drop off location needed more education. Taking 15 minute for 1 person and all I needed was asking a simple question. I had to wait 15 min for that. She could have ask if I need to drop off item and that's it done. No need to wait. She was talking on the phone with earbud, doing every thing slowly and when it come to my turn. She can't even help.
