One of their employees stole/ lost my package and they kept insisting that it was never delivered there even though I have proof from the fed ex site that it was delivered there. I would recommend you steer clear of this location
If I could give this location a 0, I would. My Fedex deliveries are never on time. I'm not talking about 1-2 days late either. They push the delivery date out for weeks. The drivers are obviously overworked and don't even have time to get to DC for deliveries. If you can't service this area, stop accepting the orders! Class action lawsuits are coming soon!
Shipping is always delayed being delivered! The worst customer service in the area. Items are being stolen! Needs better management or close it. This location needs to be investigated federally and everyone working at this location should be put in jail!
