The people there are friendly and professional and there are some free supplies available. Sometimes you have to wait 5 minutes to be able to get whatever it is you need to do done. Some of the FedEx pickup points like Walgreens and CVS have told me that there is no FedEx pickup point there. They don't know anything about it. I know that's wrong.
Used FedEX yesterday at the drop off location and convenience was there and price was less expensive than USPS to Texas!!
Not "onsite".. misleading. Only pick up and drop off. Can't ship parcels from here unless you already have labels etc. You need to go actual full service site. Waste of time
