Do not waste time at FedEx. I simply needed to find out whether or not a nearby office can do scans. It should be simple phone call. But ... FedEx provides an 800 number. Because I am using a Canadian cell (I am visiting the US), the system assumes that I am calling from Canada. The Canadian system does not recognize zip codes. And there is no way of reaching a real human being. Nothing works. It is impossible to do business with them.
Fed ex is seriuosly the worst. And the weird lady, Rhonda at the counter started sneezing, then told me i brought her dust and was making her sneeze. After this return I hope I never have to use FedEx ever again
50/50 chance that delivery will happen on the scheduled delivery date. 30% chance that delivery will be dumped (sometimes in snow) at the end of the driveway instead of at the door. When you call customer service to complain, they say they take feedback seriously and will provide updates on filed complaints, but it has been a week with ZERO followup. Best chance of change is to file a complaint directly with the business from whom you purchased the merchandise to encourage them to change delivery carrier. FedEx HAS ZERO PRID... read more
