The worst experience I have ever had in this country has been at this place. The man behind the counter has no education whatsoever, and knows nothing about customer service. I asked him for help since it was my first time sending a package through FedEx, and he responded rudely, asking if I could read English. It's unbelievable that in a free country you have to deal with so much racism. Of course I left the place and didn't send anything and this person thought that was very funny. I have been there twice to ship packages via FedEx. The man behind the counter is rude and sarcastic. Bad customer service, unfortunately. Went to Walgreens FedEx and had no problem with the size of the label I printed out. My dad who is 91 also experienced a rude reception.

I like FedEx. I just didn't like the fact that I couldn't change my delivery address even thought I still had 8 hours till it would arrive. I also order next day shipping on a sunday an my package didn't arrive till Friday. I was pass around to different customer service reps who all seemed to be pretty helpful but my issue was getting nowhere. However, I can understand the circumstances. Thanks anyway.
