I came in to drop off a package and was told there was “no space” and to come back at 4 PM. Even though it was already 2pm. The employee (British accent) raised his voice at me, which felt rude and completely unnecessary. I understand if there are limitations, but there’s no reason to speak to customers that way. Very disappointing experience.

The worst experience I have ever had in this country has been at this place. The man behind the counter has no education whatsoever, and knows nothing about customer service. I asked him for help since it was my first time sending a package through FedEx, and he responded rudely, asking if I could read English. It's unbelievable that in a free country you have to deal with so much racism. Of course I left the place and didn't send anything and this person thought that was very funny. I have been there twice to ship packages via FedEx. The man behind the counter is rude and sarcastic. Bad customer service, unfortunately. Went to Walgreens FedEx and had no problem with the size of the label I printed out. My dad who is 91 also experienced a rude reception.
