Easy convince..
I had a fedex return and the Walgreens staff member was not helpful at all. The instructions on my return said to print out the return slip and box the item which I brought to the store and I was told that I should have printed the shipping label and have it already taped on the return box. The staff member was rude and offered no help. Not a great experience at all.
